During the usability test, participants averaged 30-40 minutes testing the Resy App on iOS. The slide represents the three scenarios our group drafted
 

• First scenario, search for a restaurant using two filters on the Resy app
   

• Search for information regarding the restaurant they considered and
   

• Finally, complete the reservation process
   

In each scenario, participants were asked to complete a task, while our team gathered insights into their thought process, challenges, likes, dislikes, and any useful commentary that could help us understand their actions. The following section will discuss our session and the test results.
